Payment and Delivery
Thank you for trusting our holographic stickers. To ensure an efficient and secure service, please carefully read the following information regarding the payment and delivery process.
Filling Out the Order Form
After selecting the products you want and completing our online form, we will process your order as quickly as possible. If you are ordering holographic stickers with your logo or custom holographic stickers, please send the corresponding file with your logo. You can submit your logo directly through our online form or by email to office@hologrammsolutions.at.
Payment Methods
To provide our customers with maximum convenience, we offer two payment options:
- PayPal: We offer a fast and secure online transaction via the PayPal system.
- Bank Transfer: We allow direct payment to our bank account. Detailed information, including the account number and order reference, will be sent to you along with the order confirmation.
Once payment confirmation is received, we will begin producing your stickers.
Delivery Process
As soon as your stickers are ready, your shipment will be sent to the address provided during the order. We use the services of the Austrian Post to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your order.
Shipment Tracking
You can track the current status and location of your shipment at any time using the tracking link sent to you by email.
Complaints and Returns
In case of damage during transport or if the quality of the delivered holographic labels does not match the order, the customer may request a complaint and return or replacement of the goods. For details on the procedure, please contact us via e-mail.
